One of the greatest advantages of continuing to feed street dogs even after spaying and neutering is that there is terrific discipline when they eat and seldom infighting. They become food secure and don’t have to go and fend for their pups as the dreaded cycle of physical, emotional and nutritional drain comes to an end. Spay and neuter is the only means to add some dignity to their lives.
